2. Shipping Destinations & Estimated Transit Timelines We provide tracked international shipping to the United States and select international destinations.

Standard International Shipping: Once processed and handed over to our global logistics partners, delivery typically takes 7 to 15 business days.

5. Customs, Import Duties, and Local Taxes

6. Incorrect Delivery Address / Undeliverable Packages

It is the buyer’s strict responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is completely accurate, secure, and clear.

bbest is not liable for lost, misdelivered, or returned packages resulting from incomplete, incorrect, or invalid address strings supplied by the customer.

If a package is returned to our fulfillment facility due to an undeliverable address or failure to collect the parcel from a local post office after a delivery attempt, the customer will be responsible for any additional reshipping costs.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Transfer of Risk: Once a package leaves our fulfillment facility and is logged by the third-party logistics courier, the legal title and risk of loss pass onto the buyer.

If your package arrives structurally damaged or broken during transit, please take high-quality photos or a short video immediately and contact us at

If your tracking status states "Delivered" but you have not physically received your package, please check your property securely, contact your local postal branch, or speak with neighbors before contacting us. We cannot issue refunds for packages officially marked as successfully delivered by the postal service.
